All orders are shipped through the US Postal Service. You have the option of choosing First Class, Priority Mail and International Mail. Shipping rates are determined by current USPS rates and the type of package used for the delivery. There is a minimum of $2.00 with a maximum of $20 for US orders and a minimum of $2.50 for international orders with no maximum.
Single cards are shipped in sleeves inside top loaders up to 5 cards. Bulk amounts of cards will either be shipped in plastic cases or card storage boxes or both depending on the number of cards purchased. All purchases will be shipped in bubble mailer envelopes or card storage boxes. Corrugated boxes may be used for larger purchases.
Wax, cello and rack packs will be shipped tightly in bubble mailer envelopes and card storage boxes. Plastic cases will also be used whenever possible.
Single cards may be returned in 10 days for a full refund. The card must be returned before the refund is granted and the payment will not be in cash unless payment was made in cash. If payment was made via Pay Pal, then the money will be returned via Pay Pal etc... NO REFUNDS ON WAX, CELLO OR RACK PACKS!
We accept all major credit cards and Pay Pal. You do not need to have a pay pal account already to make a purchase and we do not store your information.
Personal and Bank checks are only accepted within US. Money Orders are accepted worldwide. If you pay by check or money order, the billing screen will ask you to supply a number. You may enter any number, but it would be preferable for you to list the check number. You can list any number for the money order since you need to make the money order after the purchase is over. Orders paid by check will be shipped when the check clears usually up to 7 days. Orders paid by money orders will shipped on arrival of money order.
